Scholarships
Looking for ways to fund your education in Hospitality Management?
With more than 30 scholarships geared specifically for Hospitality students, imagine where a scholarship can take you!
In partnership with our generous donors, the Harrah College of Hospitality is able to provide substantial financial support to qualifying students who are pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at UNLV. Scholarships can be awarded based on GPA, concentration of study, financial need, ethnicity, in-state residency, class rank, and/or gender—qualifications that are established by the private donor, the Harrah College of Hospitality, and UNLV. Numerous additional scholarship opportunities can be found by visiting UNLV’s main Financial Aid & Scholarships page.
Note: the scholarships awarded may vary year-to-year based upon continued funding. All students must reapply annually for scholarship eligibility as scholarships do not automatically renew.
Here’s what some of our amazing scholarship recipients are saying:
“I love food and beverage, but I also love to look at the smallest details, which is why I like finance. This scholarship gave me a chance to explore both while letting me focus on school and not so much on the money.”
Maggie Gee (Class of 2020), recipient of the Taeubel Family Scholarship
“The scholarship made it so I didn’t have to worry about paying for classes and books. I could focus on school and my grades, which is very important because I wanted to graduate Summa Cum Laude. This scholarship has truly been a blessing.”
Whitney Collins (Class of 2020), recipient of the Taeubel Family Scholarship
“I am a first-generation college student who came from two immigrant parents. So they are vicariously living the American dream through me. To be able to come home and make them proud, saying ‘I’m going to college debt free’ is super gratifying.”
Crystal Triguero (UNLV Sophomore), recipient of the Ogletree Deakins Scholarship
