The Hospitality College Events & Catering team at UNLV wants to help you host your next event. Your guests will rave about our stunning venues, superior catering services, and commitment to hospitality.

Let's Start Planning

To get started, please share your event details by submitting a Venue Rental Request Form. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will reach out to you within three to five business days. Please note: our days of operation are Monday through Friday.

Great Spaces

Located on the beautiful UNLV campus, The Harrah College of Hospitality’s numerous event spaces provide an ideal backdrop for any meeting or celebration.

Overlooking the Caesar's Grand Lobby, this bright airy space is great for smaller, more intimate mixers or receptions.

Caesar’s Grand Lobby

Up to 250 people

Not your typical college lobby - transport yourself to a boutique hotel lobby with a sweeping grand staircase and student-run coffee and golf shop. Great for larger receptions.

Engelstad Terrace and Lobby

Located on the second floor in front of the Sands Auditorium, this is an ideal pre or post-function reception space.

If you can dream it, we can do it! With stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip as your background, this outdoor space is ideal for sit-down meals or cocktail receptions.

Equipped with the latest technology, the Sands Auditorium makes hosting presentations and lectures a breeze.

Conveniently located, the Boyd Dining Hall Ballroom gives you the option of one large space or up to three smaller spaces.

Featured on Bar Rescue and adjacent to the ballroom, the Boyd Dining Hall Lounge is a great spot for a pre or post-function get together.
