The UNLV Harrah College of Hospitality now offers a bachelor’s degree in both an on-campus and an online format. Our online track comes with the same award-winning curriculum and expert faculty as our on-campus track. Plus, each track benefits from the college’s close proximity to the heartbeat of the industry – the Las Vegas Strip. Regardless of your location, you’ll have opportunities to participate in industry projects, and career building activities, like our internship and mentor programs.

Earning your degree in Hospitality Management online has never been easier
Students admitted to the Harrah College of Hospitality’s bachelor’s online track will enjoy one-on-one support from a team of committed faculty and staff. Your introduction to the program will include a live orientation from our admissions teams, and your course planning will be done in coordination with your personal academic advisor. Our easy-to-navigate onboarding module will guide you through the online platform, connect you with campus resources, and outline program requirements.
The program is flexible as well. All Hospitality Management course are asynchronous, meaning you can study on your own schedule. (Note: UNLV general education courses may be asynchronous or synchronous.) Plus, you can choose to be a full-time student (15 credits per semester) or a part-time student (6 credits per semester). It’s a great option for working professionals!
How Do I Apply?
For both on campus and online tracks, all degree-seeking students must meet UNLV and Hospitality College admission requirements. When applying, select Hospitality Track and then choose “on-campus” or “online” track.

Online Hospitality Management students can take a generalized approach to their degree, or they can choose to focus on one of the following industry concentrations:
Use your imagination and critical thinking skills to design original event experiences. It’s a great choice for students who wish to work in the exciting event industry as well as those considering careers in the entertainment, sports, and tourism industries.
You won’t find this kind of curriculum anywhere else! We’ll give you the knowledge and skills to manage full-scale casino operations as well as pursue a career in casino accounting, gaming regulation/control, or in a supply organization that serves the casino industry.
Be part of this unique and growing sector of hospitality — ideal for students who are interested in beverage operations within the bar industry or for those who are thinking about careers in nightclubs, wineries, breweries, cafes, or beverage distribution.
