Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
HRIS is a strategic partner to the university community that utilizes technology to streamline HR processes performed in integrated systems. This includes, but is not limited to, Workday, Cornerstone SBX (REBELearn), and Hyland OnBase (RebelDocs).
What We Do
Our department is responsible for:
- Identifying, planning, and implementing system changes and updates to meet Human Resources’ and UNLV’s strategic priorities.
- Acting as the liaison between The Office of Information Technology (OIT) and end users to bridge the gap between technical and functional requirements.
- Providing support for Human Capital Management (HCM) modules in Workday, Hyland OnBase (RebelDocs), Cornerstone SBX (REBELearn), and other systems.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data for required reporting to university departments and state and federal agencies.

HRIS team members provide technical support for Human Resources modules in the RebelDocs and REBELearn, our two campus-wide systems.
