Fingerprinting & Volunteer Application
On Oct. 1, 2015 the Clark County School District (CCSD) moved to online payment for fingerprints as well as an online CCSD Volunteer Application for all practicum students, interns, and student teachers. CCSD no longer accepts money orders or cashier's checks for fingerprint payment.
Students are required to fingerprint for the following courses:
Early Childhood, Multilingual Education
- ECE 491
- ECE 781
- EDSP 491
- ESP 691
- ESP 720
Teaching and Learning (Elementary and Secondary Education)
- EDEL 481
- EDSC 481
The deadline to be fingerprinted is Oct. 1 in order to be enrolled in a spring field experience course, and Mar. 1 in order to be enrolled in a fall field experience course.

- Field Observations/Evaluations must be submitted online in the Field Experience Portal.
- Submit a Help Request if you need assistance with logging in or using the Field Experience Portal.
- Unless otherwise specified, the last day to fill out student online observations/evaluations for the fall semester will be Dec. 23, and for the spring semester will be May 23.
