Application
- Complete a paper application and take it to Dr. Eugenie Burkett's office with a CCSD fingerprint receipt and Praxis™ Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core) scores.

- Graduate Application
- Official Praxis™ Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core) scores should be sent to the Education Student Services Center (education.advising@unlv.edu)
- If you have a master's degree, Praxis™ Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core) scores will be waived.
- Undergraduate Application
- Once the OFE has checked your GPA and Praxis™ Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core) scores, you will receive permission to complete the online application.
- Go to the Online Field Experience Observation/Evaluation Portal
- Log in using your ENTIRE Rebelmail address as your login name. Your Password will be generated by the system and sent to you by email to the Rebelmail address you provide.
- A password will NOT be sent to a personal email account.
- Confirm your password by email.
- Make certain that you complete the insurance waiver as part of the online application.
- Register for the course in MyUNLV.
- Submit an application for EVERY course in which you must complete a practicum or student teaching experience in the semester in which you intend to register and complete the requirement (MUS 481 E, MUS 481 S, MUS 502, MUS 452 A, MUS 452B, MUS 452C.)
- Student accounts are NEVER removed. You will be able to access all cooperating teacher, mentor teacher, and university supervisor evaluations after you graduate.
