Vendor Requirements
- Submission of a signed Vendor Participation Agreement (email us to request a copy)
- Copy of Business License
- Certificate of Insurance/General Liability Policy evidencing coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, naming “The Board of Regents” as an additional insured.
- Copy of Nevada State Sales Resale Certificate with Tax ID
- Copy of photo ID

The Surplus Center Accepts Donated Goods From The General Public
If you have gently used goods that you are not using you can give them a second home while enhancing the UNLV student experience through the sale of your donated goods.
All donors will receive a donation receipt.
