Orientation Fee

All new degree-seeking students will be charged a one-time, non-refundable orientation fee of $200, whether or not the student attends orientation. This fee, which automatically appears on your MyUNLV account upon registering for your first semester classes, includes: 

  • Orientation program services and materials
  • New student advising and registration services
  • Rebel gear
  • Welcome Weeks programs and services
  • Your first UNLV RebelCard (Student ID Card)

Orientation Fee Waiver

Orientation fee waivers are granted if you:

  • Did not attend an orientation session and did not attend classes at UNLV
  • Have previously attended UNLV, did not complete a degree program, and paid the orientation fee

Students seeking a second degree program are required to pay the orientation fee.
