As we approach the upcoming campus holidays, please note the following changes to IT Help Desk services:
- Closed: Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 28) and Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25).
- Limited Support: Phone support will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 29, and Wednesday, January 1. Walk-in locations and live chat support will remain closed due to campus closures.
For assistance while the IT Help Desk is closed:
- Many campus technology questions can be answered through our chatbot, Scarlet, available on the IT website.
- You can also browse our IT Knowledge Base or submit a service request, which will be answered when the office reopens.
