Accomplishments: School of Nursing

School of Nursing was recently honored by the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association with the 2022 Institutional Award for Promoting Excellence in Cardiovascular Care. The school was formally recognized at the 28th Annual Cardiovascular Nursing Symposium.  
Andrew Thomas Reyes (Nursing) was named editor of International Journal of Nursing Education Scholarship. This is a peer-reviewed nursing education journal.
Jennifer Vanderlaan and Rebecca Benfield (both Nursing) have been accepted for fellowship by the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM). They are among the biggest group of inductees in ACNM history. They will be officially recognized in May.
