Our mission is to foster a dynamic and inclusive educational environment that builds relational connections among learners and educators, increases everyone's sense of value and belonging, promotes a growth mindset, and elevates the value of teaching practice for faculty. This includes advocating for equity, diversity, and inclusivity within the UNLV community and beyond.
The TLC General Council and Advisory Board
The TLC General Council consists of members from every department at UNLV. The council provides guidance, expertise, and strategic advice to the TLC.
To expedite planning, a TLC Advisory Board will be selected by the TLC General Council members. The advisory board has five to seven members representing various community groups including students, educators, and administrators.
