Susan VanBeuge, Andrew Thomas Reyes, Dieu-My Tran, and Hyunhwa "Henna" Lee (all Nursing) have been promoted as of July 1. VanBeuge has been promoted to professor in residence. Reyes, Tran, and Lee all have been promoted to associate professor with tenure.
Drs. Jeffrey Ebersole and Linh Nguyen (both Dental) co-authored “Gingival Tissue Antibody Gene Utilization in Aging and Periodontitis,” which published online ahead of print in Journal of Periodontal Research.
Drs. Tanya Al-Talib and Neamat Hassan (both Dental), along with School of Dental Medicine alumnus Kyle Cousineau, '22, co-authored “Retrospective Evaluation of the Prevalence of Diastema among an Adult Population,” which published June 15 in Open Journal of Stomatology.
Jacqueline Killian (Nursing) recently retired officially from the U.S. Air Force after 31 years of service, including extensive work as one of the only nurse scientists in the Air Force. She now transitions to full-time teaching status at UNLV Nursing.
