Equipment Room

Our equipment room is complete with industry-professional equipment, accessories, and supplies. The equipment packages vary by level of study, and are overseen by our film and new media specialist, Jason Edmiston.

Soundstage

Our soundstage is available to all undergraduate students working on approved film and video projects. It also is used as a teaching resource for our cinematography and production courses.

Post Production

Approximately 50 workstations are loaded with Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Soundtrack Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite. There is also an ADR and Foley room available for student use.

Howard Hughes Motion Picture Records

The Howard Hughes Motion Picture Records are an extensive collection donated by the Hughes estate and the Howard Hughes Corporation. Spanning nearly a half century, the Howard Hughes Motion Picture Records focus on Hughes’ motion picture enterprises from the late 1920s through the mid-1970s and include an impressive range of heterogeneous and distinctive materials related to the art, technology, economics, and social impact of American cinema.
