Program Overview
With Japanese Studies, students will be able to use the language both within and beyond the school setting. As the third largest economy in the world after the US and the European Union, Japan offers many opportunities to those knowledgeable in the Japanese language and culture.
Japanese Minor
Requirements for the Minor in Japanese consist of 18 credits of coursework which include Japanese 213-214, 301-302, and six additional credits at the upper division (300-400) level.
Admission Requirements
Completion of language level JPN 114, or equivalent.
