Open Lab
Please contact your instructor or csclv@unlv.edu.
- Sign Up is REQUIRED. If you have not signed up prior to Open Lab and your name does not appear on this list, you may be asked to leave.
- You will be allowed to practice ONLY the skills you have initially indicated.
- Proper attire MUST be worn during Open Lab. You will be asked to change into proper attire before you may begin practicing your skills.
- At Open Lab, SIGN IN and SIGN OUT by indicating your actual time in, time out, and initials.
- You MUST clean your workspace before you leave. This includes disposing of all used supplies, wiping down counter space, returning chairs and trash bins to their initial locations, and arranging task trainers to their initial states.

- Please use the following appropriate links to sign up for Open Lab. Level One is indicated by L1, Level 2 IV Practice by ‘L2 ONLY’, and Upper Level refers to Levels 2, 3, 4. The time slot is indicated in the title of the hyperlink and you will be asked to confirm this time in the survey link itself. Further instructions will also be provided in the survey itself.
