Department Overview
Administration Technology Services (ATS) is a shared services support unit designed to serve the technical and organizational needs of UNLV Business Affairs Administration. The technical and organizational needs are identified through regular interactions with each unit, support requests, and project requests.

Customers and Stakeholders
With the exception of expanded agreements, Administration Technology Services is an internal service provider for business units within UNLV Business Affairs Administration:

- Parking & Transportation Services
- Risk Management & Safety
- Telecommunications Services
Expansion mechanisms are covered by Chartered Service Agreements and may require financial obligations from departments outside of UNLV Business Affairs Administration. Two service areas are centrally funded by Business Affairs, expanding the scope of services to Business Affairs and its University partners:

- TeamDynamix Campus Services Portal Administration
Administration Technology Services employees provide services ancillary to those offered by the Office of Information Technology (OIT), often working with OIT teams as colleagues and stakeholders.
