The Student Life Technology office:
- Assists in troubleshooting minor computer problems. A tech appointment can be arranged by contacting the Student Life Help Desk (slhelp@unlv.edu, 702-895-5324)
- Provides Desktop Support Services throughout Student Life
- Provides and Monitors Software Applications throughout Student Life.
- Monitors performance of Wired/Wireless networks and traffic to ensure the best possible connection for all residents, staff, and students in Student Life.
- Provides clean, well-equipped computer lab and ESports lounge.
- Enforces university copyright and file-sharing policies.
- Provides Streaming TV support on multiple platforms.
