The Student Life Technology office:

  • Assists in troubleshooting minor computer problems. A tech appointment can be arranged by contacting the Student Life Help Desk (slhelp@unlv.edu, 702-895-5324)
  • Provides Desktop Support Services throughout Student Life
  • Provides and Monitors Software Applications throughout Student Life.
  • Monitors performance of Wired/Wireless networks and traffic to ensure the best possible connection for all residents, staff, and students in Student Life.
  • Provides clean, well-equipped computer lab and ESports lounge.
  • Enforces university copyright and file-sharing policies.
  • Provides Streaming TV support on multiple platforms.
