Spring Semester Refresh: Mindfulness and Meditation Practice Jan. 28

Start the spring semester with a clear mind with a guided meditation practice focusing on breathwork on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in Classroom 208A in the Student Union. UNLV Nursing assistant professor Dr. Nirmala Lekhak will lead the practice and demonstrate helpful ways to de-stress and decompress throughout the semester. Two 45-minute sessions will be offered:

  • 10 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
  • 11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
