If you are a student nominating yourself: complete both nominee and nominator portions of the form by 5 p.m., April 4 through the online nomination forms.

The award will be presented during the 25th Annual APAH Graduation Ceremony scheduled for Friday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Strip View Pavilion. The recipient will receive a UNLV Bookstore Award.
