Professor Nachman Gutowski (Law) was the keynote speaker for "Risk Taking and Reform in Legal Education" at the University of New Hampshire Law Review Symposium. He also presented on a panel titled, "Looking 50 Years into the Future, What Will Legal Education Look Like?"
Professor Francine Lipman (Law) co-authored an article “Facilitating Financial Freedom: ABLE Accounts Across America,” which ran in the January 22 issue of Tax Notes State. 
Nachman Gutowski (Law) co-authored a new article in Virginia Lawyers Weekly entitled "Navigating the AI Revolution: Challenges and Opportunities in Legal Practice and Education."
Marketa Trimble (Law) was appointed by the Dean of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law to its Scientific Board, where she will serve along with distinguished legal experts, including a justice of the Czech Constitutional Court and the Dean of the Charles University Faculty of Law.   
Professor Benjamin Edwards (Law) has been elected to chair two sections of The Association of American Law Schools (AALS): Professional Responsibility and Transactional Law and Skills. 
Professor Joe Regalia (Law) presented on How to Use AI to Make Your Life Easier at ContractsCon 2024. 
Professor Mary LaFrance's (Law) article, "The Future of Research and Experimentation After the Tax Cuts and Jobs Acts," was published in the Vol. 77, No. 1 - Fall 2023 edition of The Tax Lawyer, a peer-reviewed tax law journal by the American Bar Association. 
Professor Jeff Stempel (Law) recently published the 2024 supplemental to his book, Stempel and Knutsen on Insurance Coverage.
Professor Mary LaFrance (Law) published a chapter on Trademark Dilution in Japan, co-authored with Professor Yoshiyuki Tamura, in the book, Trademark Dilution and Free Riding.
Senior Director of Development, Heather Rappaport (Law), received the "Outstanding Contributions to Research and/or Literature" from the Association of Higher Education Parent Programming Professionals (AHEPPP) for her dissertation, "A Qualitative Exploration of Parent Involvement Programs in Higher Education."
