While nursing shortages are nothing new, they have increased due to burnout from the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, local nursing programs like the UNLV School of Nursing are seeing an increased interest in new students who want to step in to help and learn. We take you inside some of their training at the Clinical Simulation Center of Las Vegas to see how they get some hands-on experience before they join the workforce!
