Prima la musica will be sung in Italian with English supertitles; Thomas Pasatieri’s La Divina will be sung in English.

The orchestra is conducted by artistic director Taras Krysa.

The program includes John McMurtery performing Bach's Partita in A Minor for solo flute, Mozart's Quintet in E-flat Major for piano and winds, and Brahms' Clarinet Trio, Op. 114.

WindSync has established itself as a vibrant chamber ensemble performing wind quintet masterworks.

The duo includes Ricardo Cobo, multi-award-winning guitar virtuoso, and Parsa Sabet, who has taken the classical guitar world by storm.

The concert will be performed by violinist Karen Bentley-Pollick and piano professor Timothy Hoft. It is free and open to the public.

Winner Jean Rohe receives $5,000 and is invited to UNLV during the fall 2023 semester to work with CFA students and to an event celebrating her award.
