The UNLV Chamber Music Society — who brings world-class chamber musicians to perform and educate the community — is proud to present The Miró Quartet at 7:30 p.m. on April 18 in the Rando-Grillot Recital Hall of the Beam Music Center.
One of America’s most celebrated and dedicated string quartets, The New Yorker called them “furiously committed” and the Cleveland Plain-Dealer noted they possessed “exceptional tonal focus and interpretive intensity.” For the past 20 years, the Quartet has performed throughout the world on the most prestigious concert stages. The evening's program includes works by Mozart, Schumann, and Brahms.
Tickets are $30 (discounts may be available) and may be purchased by telephone at 702-895-ARTS (2787), online, or at the PAC box office from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
