The Nevada Conservatory Theatre at UNLV is proud to present Eric Bogosian's "subUrbia" March 10-13 in the Black Box Theatre. This disturbingly modern portrait of young, restless, and disaffected Americans is as relative today as it was when it premiered in 1994. Bogosian's "characters seethe with large, caustic doses of humor, anger, and angst" (New York Daily News). Rayme Cornell directs.
The cast includes Chris Sailer as Norman Chaudry; Megan Connell as Bee-Bee; Johann Heske as Pony; Ashkhan Aref as Buff; David Kurtz as Tim; Jacqueline Lobdell as Erica; Alex Medlicott as Jeff; Ashley Rapuano as Pakeeza; and Melanie Smith as Sooze.
The production and design team includes sceneic designer Angel Sandoval, lighting designer Javier Moreno, sound designer Joey Jevne, costume designer Elizabeth LaRouche, technical director Brian Smallwood, and production stage manager Robert Acosta.
