The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at UNLV will recognize the accomplishments of its outgoing dean, Stuart Mann, and hospitality industry leaders at the sixth annual Vallen Dinner of Distinction, April 29. The event features silent and live auctions to benefit the Stuart H. Mann Endowment Fund, which was established to provide resources for faculty, staff and students at the Harrah Hotel College.
