A $3 million grant announced Tuesday by the United Health Foundation will go toward building up a crucial hands-on training program at the upstart UNLV School of Medicine.

Community leaders, UnitedHealth Group executives, UNLV leadership, and health care professionals attended a special event Tuesday to announce a multi-million dollar grant from United Health Foundation to the UNLV School of Medicine.
