Toni Repetti (Hospitality) has earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from The Council for Sig Sigma Certification (CSSC). This certification along with her industry experience brings value to the classroom when teaching students how to improve quality and efficiency in hospitality operations while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
