Susanna Phillips Newbury (Art) reviewed the Nevada Museum of Art's fall exhibition "Land Art: Expanding the Atlas." The first of a yearlong series of shows on art and environment, "Land Art" identified new pathways in assessing social engagement and dispossession in landscape studies not only in the U.S. West, but also across the world.
