Sunny Kim and her coauthors, including doctoral student Boran Kim (both Hospitality), recently had their article, "Impact of perceptions of ESG on organization-based self-esteem, commitment, and intention to stay," published in the Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing. Their study explores environmental, social and governance (ESG) in terms of its dimensionality, and how integrated resort employee perceptions of ESG practices influence their work attitudes/behaviors.
