Joseph Lema (Hospitality), along with Jihye Min, '06 BS Hospitality Management, '12 MS Hotel Administration, and Harold Lee, '05 BS Hospitality Management,'12 MS Hotel Administration, and their co-authors recently published their paper, "The #MeToo Movement in Paradise: An Assessment of the Restaurant Industry," in the Journal of Foodservice Business Research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate restaurant employees’ perceptions of sexual harassment and the effects of the #MeToo movement.
