John "Jack" Schibrowsky (Marketing and International Business) received the Hugh G. Wales Faculty Advisor of the Year Award during the American Marketing Association (AMA) International Collegiate Conference. Schibrowsky, who has advised the UNLV chapter of the AMA since 2004, was chosen from among 350 advisors. This year he also received the 2013 Outstanding Student Organization Advisor of the Year award from the UNLV office of civic engagement and diversity for his work with the AMA chapter. Under his leadership, the group has consistently ranked in the top 10 of all AMA chapters worldwide.
