Jin Ouk Choi, Shreyansh Paliwal, James Bristow, Seungtaek Lee (all Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction) and Hyun Kyung Chatfield (Harrah College of Hospitality) published a paper, "Construction stakeholders’ perceived benefits and barriers for environment-friendly modular construction in a hospitality centric environment," in the International Journal of Industrialized Construction. Shreyansh was a graduate assistant and Seungtaek was a postdoctoral researcher under Choi.
