James Busser (Hospitality) and Lenna Shulga (Hospitality Administration), recently published their paper "Role of commercial friendship, initiation and co-creation types" in the Journal of Service Theory and Practice. The study found that customers perceive value co-creation processes differently.
Busser also was recently named to the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. The journal aims to communicate the latest developments and thinking on the management of hospitality operations worldwide.
