Gerilyn Slicker (Early Childhood, Multilingual, and Special Education) with colleagues Ching-Chen Chen and Jungnam Kim (both Counselor Education, School Psychology, and Human Services) received a Secondary Analysis of Head Start and Early Head Start Data grant from the Administration for Children and Families in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Their project, Examining the Provision of Comprehensive Services in High-Quality Early Learning Programs Through Early Head Start- Child Care Partnerships, leverages data from three recent national datasets and will address a set of research questions related to the extent to which Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships provide high-quality, comprehensive services to infants, toddlers, and their families from low-income backgrounds.
