Heather Monteiro and Daniel McLean (both Hotel) won second place in the 2016 ICHRIE  (International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education) Johnson and Wales Case Study Competition for their educational case study, "Making the Case for DineSafe: Incorporating Analytics into Managerial Decision-making in the Hospitality Classroom." Monteiro will travel to Dallas in July to present the case study and receive the second-place award.
