Cass Shum (Hospitality) and Ankita Ghosh, Yunxuan (Carrie) Zhang, and Yuang-Sheng (Ken) Chiu (all Hospitality alumni) published a book chapter on "Age diversity in hospitality" in The Routledge Handbook of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management in the Hospitality Industry from Routledge. The book chapter describes the status of age diversity in the hospitality workplace, describes generational values, and provides theoretical and practical suggestions on managing employees from different generations.
