Senior Caren Yap (Marketing and International Business) was the only UNLV student — and 1 of 150 students nationwide — selected to attend the 48th Business Today International Conference held November 4-6 in New York City. Business Today is an organization run by Princeton University and founded by Steve Forbes. With the annual theme being "Community in Business" and over 75 leading executives in attendance — including the president of Hermes, former CEO of Evite, and CEO/editor-in-chief of TIME Magazine — participants were recruited and educated about business and social impact.
