Bryson Carrier (Interdisciplinary Health Sciences) and collaborators from the University of the Basque Country (Spain) recently published a paper in Gait & Posture titled "Reliability and Validity of the Stryd Power Meter during Different Walking Conditions." The Stryd Power Meter was found to be reliable in quantifying gait mechanics during walking, and provided a valid measure of cadence. Carrier is a doctoral student.
