Arpita Basu, Ph.D., MPH, RD/LD (Kinesiology and Nutrition Sciences) in collaboration with USF on a NIH study, recently published a research paper in the Public Health Nutrition journal titled, "Ultra-processed food consumption and obesity indicators in individuals with and without type 1 diabetes mellitus: A longitudinal analysis of the prospective Coronary Artery Calcification in Type 1 Diabetes (CACTI) cohort study."
