Residential Life Leadership
Leadership Councils
Leadership Councils plan complex-wide events such as the annual "Boo Bash" Halloween celebration in Tonopah and the annual "Daytona Beach" party in Dayton. They also serve as an advocacy group for the residents of each individual complex.
Leadership Council Presidents are elected by residents of individual complexes each spring semester. Leadership Council membership is made up of all residents of the complex. Most councils meet on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, and those meeting times are posted publicly. Attendance is highly encouraged, as it is a great way to meet people in your complex, have some fun, and start building leadership skills.
Residence Hall Association
RHA plans fun activities for multiple identities of students living on campus, advocates on behalf of UNLV residents to administration and creates stronger community ties through leadership conferences.
National Residence Hall Honorary
The Rho Epsilon Beta chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) recognizes the accomplishments of residence halls through recognition and service opportunities. This honorary is for students who have earned a GPA within the top one-percent among those living on campus.
