UNLV offers on-campus housing for traditional first-year students, all students seeking a traditional campus experience, and for students who meet the criteria for the First-Year Housing Requirement. UNLV is committed to filling the residence halls first, and to providing a first-year experience to students. We also offer special interest floors where other students share your same major or interests.

Enjoy the perks and convenience of living on the UNLV campus as you reside at U District, an official university-affiliated housing partner. U District is UNLV's student community tailored for upperclassmen. U District consists of two communities: The Degree and Legacy LV. The Degree offers brand new high-end apartments and finishes; Legacy LV offers affordable and spacious apartments.
