Faculty, staff, and student employees with valid UNLV ACE credentials can submit facilities service requests. Students should report issues to their building Liaison.

You can submit requests for maintenance repairs, temperature control issues, custodial services, landscaping, renovation projects, event setup, security concerns, planning and construction and more. Please contact our Facilities partners for maintenance issues for the following buildings.

For urgent issues that pose immediate danger to people or property (such as major water leaks, gas smells, power outages, or elevator entrapments), please call our helpdesk line at 702-895-5324(HELP).

Completion times vary based on the type of request, workload, and resource availability. Routine maintenance issues have a shorter turn around time than more complex projects. You can always check the status of your request through the portal.

Currently, only the requester who submitted the request can view it. If you would like updates to be sent to a shared email, you can enter that shared email as the requester email when submitting the request.
