Group Fitness Classes

Campus Recreational Services offers a variety of free group classes for UNLV students, faculty/staff, and community
members with a membership. The formats range from dance, mind/ body, martial arts, and strength categories.

In-Person Group Fitness Classes

In-person group fitness classes are free for UNLV students who are enrolled in four credit hours and are SRWC members. No registration needed–drop-ins only.

If you can’t make it to the SRWC, virtual on-demand classes are free and open to everyone – no membership needed. Access new classes weekly from anywhere.

Group Fitness Policies

Events

  • Join us for a Hula dance class and some great snacks! Hula class will be from 6 = 7 p.m. Education portion and snack session will be from 7 - 8 p.m. Punalu'u Bread, Liko Lehua Lilikoi Butter, and Papaya Dices

  • Join us at the pool for a low-impact, Latin-inspired dance workout that will help make exercising fun. You must bring your own swimming attire.

  • We will be having 3 Yoga 101 sessions. Mats will be provided and workshops can be taken individually. Attend all 3 sessions (2/12, 3/12, 4/16) to enter to win a yoga mat! In this session we will cover meditation.

  • Join us for a Belly Dance class and some traditional Middle Eastern delights! Belly Dance class will be from 4 - 5 p.m. Education portion and snack session will be from 5 - 6 p.m. Baklava and Cardamom tea
