Workday performs weekly, monthly, and quarterly systems updates. The standard maintenance schedule below describes the windows of time the system is unavailable for use.
You can visit the Login Page for the upcoming date and time of scheduled maintenance and the most up-to-date system information during an outage.
- Weekly Service Update: Friday to Saturday for a maximum of 4 hours between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
- Monthly Maintenance: Friday to Saturday for a maximum of 8 hours between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
- Quarterly Maintenance: Friday to Saturday for a maximum of 12 hours between 11 p.m. and 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
