All UNLV faculty/staff and their dependents are eligible to be seen at the FAST Center. Minor dependent children must be age 5 or older.
There is a $25.00 office visit fee per appointment. Diagnostic testing, lab work, and other treatments are offered at an additional price.
- Fall & Spring Semester:
- Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Summer:
- Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Advance appointments are strongly encouraged. Same day appointments can be scheduled, based on availability.

- Blood-pressure checks and Immunizations are available by appointment. Please call the FAST Center in advance to ensure the type of immunization required is available.
All eligible patients are welcome to be seen in the FAST Center regardless of their insurance coverage or if they do not have insurance. Please see below for additional information if you are covered by HMO insurance.
All eligible patients are welcome to be seen in the FAST Center regardless of their insurance coverage. However, for those patients with an HMO insurance plan, it is recommended that they see their HMO preferred primary care provider for referrals to specialists and lab/diagnostic orders to avoid responsibility for out-of-pocket costs.
All eligible patients can be seen at the FAST Center regardless of insurance coverage for a $25 office visit fee per appointment. We are unable to bill Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance carriers at this time.
If you are taking a daily medication for a chronic health issue and are in need of a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy and ask that they fax the FAST Center a refill request at 702-895-4316. If you are in need of an office visit prior to the prescription refill, our office will inform you. Please allow 24-72 business hours (1-3 business days) for your request to be processed.
Yes. Wellness exams and lab work completed at the FAST Center may fulfill the Annual Preventative Exam and Annual Preventive Lab Work requirements that are necessary to receive the supplemental HealthScope HSA/HRA contribution.
Please note that the following fees* will be applied if these services are completed at the FAST Center and are due at the time of service:
- Office Visit: $25 Fee
- Lab work Visit: $5 Blood Draw Fee + $5 Lab Processing Fee
* HealthScope does not reimburse members for these fees. The fees may be applied toward your Out of-Network deductible/benefits.
