As we start the RSO it would be amazing if our Advisor could become a mentor and guide us through situations with their experience. As the RSO grows and we figure out our identity, it would allow the advisor to be a source of information, with no need to have mandatory attendance in our day-to-day operations. As for accessibility, I think a once-a-week email updating the Advisor of future goals/current operations/any situations should suffice, this could be a point of contact for constructive feedback and to help identify growth opportunities.
