Building resource conference rooms are reservable conference rooms that are available to all departments. These spaces are assigned under the department ‘Building Resource’ in Archibus and are available to reserve through Google Calendar as a room resource that is viewable and schedulable by campus users. In some cases, a space may be requested by requiring approval to finalize the reservation.

Each Building Resource conference room is assigned a tier and capacity when added to the Google Calendar.

Tiers

• Tier 3: Full AV systems: Projector(s) / Monitor(s), PC, control system with touch panel, sound system, etc
• Tier 2: PC, Monitor, HDMI input, web camera
• Tier 1: PC, Monitor, and HDMI input
• Tier 0: No Technology

To gain access to building resource conference rooms, please contact the approver for the space or request access to be added to your proximity card through the Facilities Management Key Request page.

Access Control has created a group for all building resource conference rooms. To add this group to your card, fill out the key request form with the information below:

Be sure to include the requestor’s name and card number in the ‘Location / Area / Description’ section. By adding this group, you will gain access to all current and future building resource conference rooms that have card readers.
