Search Function

The ‘Search’ button is now located on the side-panel menu found on the left. Click on ‘Search’ and a popup search bar will appear, where you can type key words to search for available views.

Favorites

To add views to your Favorites bucket, you now ‘star’ them. Once the view is open, you can find the star in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on the star to add the view to your Favorites bucket. To remove the view from your Favorites bucket, open the view and click on the star again to clear it.

Buttons within the various views can now be found on the left-side of each screen.

New Features

Multi-Factor Authentication (OKTA)

As with most other UNLV log-ins, Archibus Web Central now requires a multi-factor authentication.

Departments and Contacts List - Contact Cards

In addition to having contacts listed for each department, contact cards are now available when you click on an individual’s name. When clicking on the name, a contact card will popup providing the individual’s available contact information.

Map With Thematic Markers

This view allows you to select a campus building (or buildings) to populate on a map. When selected, you can then choose to open additional information about that building, or search for neighboring buildings within a 1000-yard radius.

Side-Panel Menu

In addition to the views on your homepage, various other views may be found using the side-panel menu.

Space Console

Coming soon! This feature will allow users to move multiple employees’ primary locations at one time. Look out for a new Advanced Archibus Web Central Training in Summer 2025.
