A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Jackson-Hale came to UNLV in 2001. She was first hired as the Head Coach of the UNLV All Girl Team. Midway through the year, she was asked to assume responsibility for the coed team and the all girl team. She still holds this coaching post today. During this time, Jackson-Hale was also employed as the facility and events coordinator for the Stan Fulton Building and International Gaming Institute.
In 2005, Jackson-Hale transitioned to the position of the director of programs, which involves running daily operations, managing budgets, strategy, seminars and regulator training, as well as working with clients to design and implement seminars and customized programs. She has a particular interest in expanding offerings in the Australian, South American, and South African markets and brings valuable experience to her current position from her previous career at Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
In 2012, Jackson-Hale decided to go back to school to pursue a degree in criminal justice. She is currently interning with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. She is married to David Hale, and they have five kids ages 2-18.
