The UNLV Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation, is responsible for raising and managing thousands of private gifts donated annually to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

The UNLV Foundation complies with NSHE policy, Nevada State law, IRS, and other relevant federal regulations and provides an audited financial report to the Board of Regents annually.
